happy birthday to me. ooo, joy. sound thrilled don't i? i am at the age where this birthday stuff needs only minor acknowledgment for the most part. lord knows i don't need any reminders that i am far closer to 40 than i would really like to be. and today is particularly not a good day for a birthday: i am sick, suffering from storm pressure sinus pain, and have a load of homework so deep it will take the rest of the weekend to get unburied. it's also depressing that my updates to whysper are once, maybe twice a week. but time is just not on my side for the next 7 or 8 weeks.

and because of that homework (which is screaming at me at the moment), i am going to have to leave you with some memories to read rather than a completely new entry. enjoy some blasts from the past from the year 2000.
