so, the answer today was, "come by tomorrow and we'll talk about it then. we're still looking into it." according to saxy, in the past that has generally meant, "here's your check, good-bye."

yes, i'm trying to keep a positive attitude, but the evidence so far is not leaning in that direction. the bitch of it all is that they never provided any training, not even a training manual, and he has an otherwise clean record. the whole thing stinks.

and worse, it's making my man feel like a failure and like he let everyone down. and it's not even his fault!

if he loses the job, we can make it. we still have some money coming into the house. it will just be harder, that's all. we've been round here before and we can make it. and while we do, i'll apply with the one local school district hiring subs and i know saxy will look for other work.

it all works out in the end. we're just getting tired of being here.
