This is an elite webring, but with a different purpose than other elitist rings. The sites in this ring stand out--not merely because of their attractive graphics and superb layouts--but for content that draws people in, and keeps them interested in staying.

While most sites out there are just bells and whistles, the sites in indice webring exist to provide an enriching experience for visitors. If your site has substance, read the rules and then submit your site.
